Worked for trest Kievzhilstroymontazh (1974-88), and for Kiev city council in executive capacities 1988-91).
President of Ukrainian industry and finance company Slavutich and FC Dynamo Kyiv (1993-98).
President of Professional Football League and vice-president of the Football Federation of Ukraine (1996-2000).
